We are Rapp Construction Management in Hudson, NY. We build the best custom homes and restaurants in Columbia County and the surrounding area. Our goal for our employees is to foster a work environment in which they can learn and progress to more advanced positions in the building trades. If you’d like to get in on the ground floor and work your way up, we’d be happy to help you do it.

Job Summary:

Steady, reliable job that offers something different every day. All related to helping build or renovate residential and light commercial projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be safe, punctual, and have a good attitude.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Follow all safety procedures on the job site.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis.
• Receive and deliver equipment and materials.
• Light maintenance work, as needed.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Good work ethic
• Punctual attendance
• Construction experience a plus but will train
• Room for advancement into the trades with experience that we provide
